Creole Seminar & Food Demo

Chef Sheri L. Raleigh, Chef Instructor/Owner of Cast Iron Skillet Culinaire and founder of Gifts From the Ancestors Foodways Project will present a Louisiana Creole Foodways seminar in collaboration with Shadows on the Teche.

The presentation will explore the Lorins and Trahan family heritage, trace food genealogy, and share Creole culture and cuisine.
