Look what Dr. Andy Reaux and Courtney Frioux found at the construction site that will become the back of the Bayou Teche Museum's expansion project! You just never know what you might find in the dirt of New Iberia! ... See MoreSee Less

UPDATE!!!
The Bayou Teche Museum has made the prudent decision to postpone our Annual Gala scheduled for January 20th. With the current surge in new Covid infections, and considering how well-attended the party is, it only makes sense to wait for a better time. The Gala will now be held on Wednesday, April 20th. Postcards announcing the change will be in the mail shortly! We truly can't wait to see everyone again so that we can "Party Like We Used To"!
Please call us if you have any questions or concerns.

Just have to convince everyone to get their shots!

We are all learning to be nimble in these challenging times!

Great idea to wait for later in the year.

Yes great idea later date

Good decision. See you all in April.

Let me know if you still need volunteers—-

There is home testing these days, so the official numbers don't include those. It's bad.

Very smart👍🏻♥️

Here is a picture of George Rodrigue as a Boy Scout with his Troop 136 here in New Iberia. Can you recognize any of his fellow scouts? If so, please respond to this post. We'd love to identify each one. ... See MoreSee Less
